Information:

 

1- The final value is only informed after the diagnosis.

2- The diagnosis will not be charged in HDs with Windows, if the result is negative.

3- For HDs that arrives opened in our company the diagnosis value must be charged.

4- If the customer gives up the service or she does not approve the budget, the value of R$ 200,00 will be charged.

5- The american diagnosis will be charged in the cases with few possibilities of

success or if the customer gives up the service after sending the job abroad.

6- The values for Priority and Urgency are charged even if the result is negative.

7- In the services executed abroad we charge +14% referring to federal tax.

8- In the Priority option the service is started as soon as it arrives in our company.

9- In the Urgency option we work until the 22:00 hs and/or Saturdays if necessary.
